The sliding door of the mirror wardrobe is off the track the wheels need to be in place as well

Looking for someone to put in door weather stripping to prevent bugs, water etc from entering my home. Materials will be paid separtely.

Bathroom wall towel rack has come off one side, unsure how to reinstall or if there are meant to be screws that came off and got lost. Also, adjust door handle to garage that's becoming loose.

I would like to get general service/repair of the garage door. It has couple of issues like, sometimes the door is suddenly dropping when it reaches all the way down and sometimes door is coming back up again when it's almost closed. I think it needs some servicing and other checks.

I have 2 x Bidet sprays that needs installing in my bathrooms. I need a handy man with a bit of plumbing experience to do this job. Also there is a door stopper that needs to be attached to one of the door.

My garage door spring has lost some tension, and the cable became tangled. I was able to fix the immediate issue, and the door is now operational. However, I can see that the balance is slightly off, and the spring tension has not been fully restored. I need a professional to properly adjust the door and restore the spring tension to ensure smooth operation.

Lads my missus tried to spray some bugs, but accidentally picked up the oven cleaner and it stripped some paint off the door. Please see the photo.

The door to the garage opens into the house. No space for a cavity door or barn door. One possible solution could be to install a fixed panel at the top and reduce the height of the door from 2.4 meters to 2.1 meter. Hence looking for someone to see and provide a solution.
