I need a handle to be fitted on a door and for the door to be fitted with hinges and installed.

Small section of the bedroom door has been chipped and needs repair. The task includes filling the damaged area, sanding it properly and repainting to match the existing white door. The damage is minor and localised. Paint colour is standard white. Looking for someone with experience in basic door repairs and finishing.

We are looking to have custom fly screens made for three windows in our apartment asap. The design needs to be sympathetic with the existing aesthetic of the window. The window still needs to be able to open when the fly screen is attached. Ideally, the fly screen is detachable and able to be stored away over the winter. These windows are old and unable to be replaced, the maker, needs to work within these limitations. The existing window frames have no housing for mosquito screens, this job will also include designing and determining how to attach them. The frames are made of metal, there are a few locations where drilling to attach is possible. 2 windows are together as pictured 940 x 740mm 1 window is standalone. 1020 X 740 Looking to invest in an affordable, quality long term solution we can use for many years to come.

Earlier this year I arranged for someone to change the hinges on four internal doors (changed from silver to aged bronze hinges, to match the hardware in the rest of the apartment). The new hinges are Ball Bearing Hinges, they are not self-closing hinges. Ever since the new hinges were installed, two (of the four) doors do not stay in place when they are open and gradually swing back/forth. This didn’t happen with the previous hinges. I’m hoping someone can suggest a way this can be fixed? Note: I would prefer someone who has fixed this type of issue before. I CAN NOT remove the door frame, so please do not quote on task if that is the only suggestion. Only available Fridays and Saturdays.

Door has fallen off its hinges needs to be put back on. It’s a laundry door.

Built in wardrobe has 3 door hinges. The door is not shutting properly as it is off centre and it looks like the middle hinge is missing a small piece of metal that holds it together. Im not sure if this is a standard part. Looking for someone to fix the hinge and, if needed, replace the part. See photos (one shows a normal hinge and the other shows the one with the issue)
