Needing 5 hinges replaced on tall cupboard doors - pictures attached for reference. We have new hinges ready to be installed. Needs to be done between 2pm and 4pm on a weekday.

Bedroom door won’t open from one side. Lock appears to be missing grub screws that have fallen out. Fine to get a completely new lock and installation. Price should include material cost.

The floorboards on our outdoor step that were previously glued on have now fallen off. I tried using Liquid Nails to fix it but hasn’t seemed to work. I’d like someone to either use better glue that will work to stick them back on or drill them on - noting they are those weather proof outdoor floor boards so you might not actually be easily able to put nails through them.

Door was damaged want to know if repairable or needs replacing if so how much

I would like someone to come and power wash my outdoor floorboards in my courtyard to remove the mildew and also the tiles on my terraces, both pictured below

The brackets on top of the door tracker are chipped and need to be replaced. It means the door has come off the sliding track, and needs to be manually adjusted - this leaves a gap when closed so doesn't properly function.

Need flyscreen replaced in screen door. I've pulled out the old fly screen. It looks like there might be enough space to replace the screen without needing to remove the door from its frame. Price includes the tasker supplying fly screen. Inner frame of door measures 197cm by 98cm. original screen is 200cm by 102cm and it looks like the original spline can be reused. I also have a cupboard knob where the screw has broken off inside - if you could drill it out/remove the screw too.

We have some a new bathroom door. Unfortunately it wasn’t sealed before it was hung so we need someone to help us - take door down from frame - prime and paint bottom of door in high gloss paint / varnish to help seal the door - rehang the door onto the frame When responding to the job - could you please provide an estimate for how long the job could take. We have some primer and high gloss varnish at home for this job however would appreciate advice on best materials to use.

The door handle is broken and I cannot get my clothes. My work uniform is in there and need to open the door ASAP! I believe the latch is stuck, you could probably reach from under and unhook it if you know what you’re doing.

We have some shower door seals that need to be replace. This job involves coming to inspect current door seals, buying appropriate door seals from bunnings alexandria/other hardware store and fitting them on the door. Job price does not include the price of seals. We will provide cash to buy seals.

4 interior doors require door springs replaced, as are very stiff to turn. 1 of the knobs requires a service as the square rod part is not extending into the door enough to turn it to open
