Sliding Door very difficult to open and close. Quite old so probably needs to be replaced

A couple of door handles have fallen off and a couple need tightening. The dog was accidentally locked in the bathroom and chewed the bottom of the door jamb. The timber side gate needs replacing with a metal one. A new handrail - current one not long enough - have to go down one stair before you can hold on! I would also like some interior wall cladding with cladding from Bunnings

Install of a small dog door in glass (dog door TBC, recommendations appreciated and can be supplied or purchased from installer) Picture shows current setup with a temporary insert door, this will be replaced with a dog door in bottom right glass.

Having issues with the garage door (most probably a motor issue) and requires manual assistance for openning and closing
