I have three internal doors that need the lever handles being replaced. The job is straight forward, main thing that needs doing is larger holes to fit the screws of the level. The shower screen dooring is a multi-panel sliding door on rollers that have broken and need replacing.

I have a few odd jobs, so require someone who’s experienced in handles, hinges, door locks: 1. There is a broken screw in one of the hinges on bedroom door. Needs to be removed and replaced (I have replacement screw). Refer picture with broken screw circled. 2. Install of 2 small coat hooks. 3. Remove door handle and replace with a new one (I have a handle which will fit)- refer picture of old handle with key, and also the picture of the replacement handle. 4. 3 door handles which work but are a little wonky (the handle piece seems a bit wobbly). 2 of the are the same handle, just on different doors- refer to the picture of the black handle. 5. Install an additional lock on the front door. I have purchased a few different options (sliding bolt , chain etc), so we can see which one will work best. Refer to picture of the front door. 6. Bedroom door closes, but doesn’t seem securely shut (need to pull on it to ensures it’s closed). Please look at the hinges etc. This has only been the case after the hinges were replaced so maybe some alignment tweaking required. 7. Remove the latch bar on the front gate. This is just a matter of using a spanner to undo the bolts. Refer picture of the gate. 8. Toilet seat doesn’t stay aligned, moves slightly. Needs to be secured tightly. Refer picture of toilet seat.
