Partial part replacement of window winder cover and adjustment of winder.

While pushing the door open, the door cracked at the hinge (bottom one). I am unsure whether the best way to proceed is just to fix the crack and leave the hinge in the same place or move the hinge higher/lower since that part of the door might be too weak. I think the latter might be the safer option. The crack is not just superficial. Please see photos.

I need an experienced handyman for a number of small jobs. I need someone to bring all tools to complete the job: -remove 3 bedroom door handles and install 3 new door handles (2 passage, 1 privacy). Hang an internal door. Door is too tall for doorway (approx. 2cm) so needs to be power sawed. Door hinges also on the wrong side of door so need to be switched to other side. Note: pics show door upside down (so hinges look to be on the correct side).
