Hi! We’re looking for a handyman to help with a few small jobs around the house: 1. Internal garage door: The door from our garage into the house bangs in the wind when it’s closed. We’d like it inspected and fixed so it stays secure and quiet. 2. Garage door: Squeaks when opening and closing. We’ve tried lubricants without success, so we’d like someone to find the cause and fix it. 3. Painting: Small touch-up job on the internal garage door that the painters missed. Paint will be supplied. Looking for: - Someone experienced with general repairs and small paint jobs. - Must have own tools.

A door has a broken lock. Need the lock fixed and possibly the door changed as it is out of alignment. The colourbond side gate needs to be shortened (cut along the side to fit) - it does not close. I expect about four hours of labour( half a day). Will supply the new lock and door - need you to have the right tools for cutting colourbond sheet.
