Job Description: My automatic garage door has two main issues that need urgent repair: • Door not holding open: • When the door is fully opened, it does not stay in position. • The chain mechanism seems unable to hold the door, causing the door to drop unexpectedly from the open position (potentially dangerous). • Closing issue: • When trying to close the door, it sometimes comes down only about one-third of the way and then reverses back to the fully open position. I have attached a photo of the door’s chain and release mechanism for reference. Task Requirements: • Diagnose the fault with the garage door opener, chain, and track mechanism. • Repair or replace any faulty parts (e.g., chain drive, trolley, carriage, limit switch, or sensors). • Ensure the garage door opens and closes smoothly and safely, holding its position at the top without dropping. • Test safety features and confirm the door operates correctly after repair.

The front door was installed in 2011. It needs the re-alignment as it’s not closing properly.

We have 2 internal cavity sliding doors that need repair or replacement. They are about 14 years old and both keep coming off their tracks. One came off its tracks in August and was repaired by a handyman, but the problem has returned.

Garage door some 3 to 4 hinges broken due to car hit in garage. Outside door intact. Need hinges replacement and repair

Door handle is broken, crack in the middle of the door by shoulder push, so needs to change all of it, I reckon. Price can be discussed later!

Fix/Adjust shower screen door

The shower screen is off the railing can’t open or close fully (Three door sliding)

there is a 3mm to 5mm gap under the main door. Rubber seal will no work. Wood work is required to make is cold proof. Also require to varnish. thanks

Install door in family room/ multipurpose room
