The task is to install an Automatic Door Bottom Seal (Kilargo IS8010si) that allows the door to open without interfering with the pile the hall runner and when closed provides a complete weather seal ie it works properly. The installer will be provided with the Kilargo IS8010si and the sealer. The installer will be responsible for all measurements and that the outcome is achieved. Please familiarise yourself with the installation instructions and the tools required (available at https://kilargo.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/IS8010si-KG-I_Installation-Instructions_JULY-2022-1.pdf) before quoting on the job. A wood sealant is to be applied to all raw surfaces on the bottom of the door prior to installation. The installer will be responsible to ensure that there is no damage to the door or any adjacent area and that the site is left neat and clean. If the door or surrounds require touching up matching paint will be provided. All tools to be provided by the installer.

2 separate issues - possibly a handyman can fix. 2 bathroom vents loose, need them put back in. Lounge room sliding door keeps coming off hinge. The metal slider has come off the wall and needs to be put back on. Sliding door may or may not need new wheels.

Metal Door frame. Lock change, meaning old hole must be covered. Job requires cutting a metal patch and welding it onto the door frame. You will need to bring all supplies (including metal patch) Size: approx. 2cm x 4cm doesn't need to be perfect but needs to be fairly neat. i imagine it's fairly small job and shouldnt take very long, but will pay a good price for a good job. The spot is tricky because it is high (approximately 3m). Would need someone with a sufficiently high ladder. Photo attached.

Take off old door, hang new door. Will need new hinges cut and new cuts for locks.
