Need someone handy to make me a arch window frame - timber or aluminium so that glass can be attached to it - see photos around 80cm x 80cm

Need close to 4 timber window frames repaired on my aunts house. The frames are half decent and not rotted Need to be stripped back to timber, sanded, primed, painted and bogged up and re siliconed.
