I have two windows that require the wooden window frame to be replaced.

My office window gets mouldy I think it's not a great seal and gets condesation easily - Replace window frame - paint - has to match to keep strata happy - replace glass if needed - whatever it takes to make this air tight and stop this condensation from continuing - One side opens outwards

Five sets of double-hung sash windows with painted timber frames in our apartment that we are hoping to have stripped, sanded, and re-sealed/oiled to return them to the original timber finish. When raining it leaks above the window frame and drips onto wooden floor. Can not find leak but thinking that if we can put up Colorbond above window outside, seal it up and put flashing on, it might help. Also have other spots where we would like Colorbond, for a similar look around the whole house.

I have a window frame on house that is water damaged and needs repair/replacement and the guttering/roofing above repaired to stop it happening again. Second story bedroom window. No water ingress, water damage is on outside. There is no guttering above but needs some kind of solution to stop overflow of water from roof at this point to stop the run onto the wall and window. Struggling to find a builder willing to do this job in isolation. Any solo carpenters/handymen out there that can handle a job like this? No idea of cost, if budget is not appropriate, please make an offer.
