Price negotiable - Water damaged/rotten internal wooden frame box for window needs replacing/repairing. - Assess the external window and repair/replace any weatherboard pieces that may be letting water in. - Repair water damaged gyprock wall (and potentially paint) I will add more photos of the damage shortly. The first photo is of the outside of the house, with the black arrow pointing to the affected window. The red circle is where there is a high moisture reading on the inside of the wall. The second photo is the window box that needs repairing, with the red circle indicating where the damage to the box is. The third photo is the wall that needs replacing, with red circle indicating where The high moisture reading is, and the black arrows pointing to the water damaged gyprock. *This damage occurred due to a leak in the roof which has since been repaired. Two upstairs bedrooms in Marsden Park are losing heat fast and letting in noticeable dust. I've found the main problem: the gap between the window frames and the wall openings was never filled with insulation, so there's an open path around the frames. Each room has one large aluminium glass sliding window and one wooden door. What I need: - Reveal/cavity gap around each window frame properly filled (low-expansion window foam or backing rod + insulation) and sealed - Architraves removed and refitted if needed to access the gaps - Perimeter re-caulked for a clean, airtight finish - Replace/adjust the worn brush (pile) seals on the sliding windows so they close and seal properly That's 2 windows total (one per room), plus the two wooden doors can be assessed for draught seals if quick to include. Please quote for product + labour, including removal/disposal of any old trim if required. Happy to share photos. Looking for someone experienced with window air-sealing, not just glass replacement.

Hello everyone, We have a damaged window frame in our bathroom that needs repaired. I already have the window trimming, just need help putting it back in place. Fix bent window frame repair

Hi I would like someone to replace a rotten wooden window frame. I can supply the replacement wood and a ladder so would just need a quote for the labour. Please see pics for details Possible need to replace further frames in the future

I have a window frame on house that is water damaged and needs repair/replacement and the guttering/roofing above repaired to stop it happening again. Second story bedroom window. No water ingress, water damage is on outside. There is no guttering above but needs some kind of solution to stop overflow of water from roof at this point to stop the run onto the wall and window. Struggling to find a builder willing to do this job in isolation. Any solo carpenters/handymen out there that can handle a job like this? No idea of cost, if budget is not appropriate, please make an offer.

We had a botched painting job on our entry room and are wondering if anyone has the interest/skills/equipment to help us fix it? White paint was applied over red paint (without proper prep) and it’s now peeling. We think it might be timber underneath so it’d be great to sand it back to expose that timber. We could then treat/varnish the timber; just looking for someone to do the sanding please. The task is for the frame around the door and the frame around it those glass bricks, please see photos.

I need to remove glass and screen so I can move furniture through window then reinstall. The screen is pop riveted in and also needs to be removed. I need a glazier or someone experienced for the job as it’s a little complex’s. It needs to be reinstalled after we move furniture through window.
