Find professional window frame repairs in NSW

I need to reduce my window and therefore need a small job to add more bricks to my window and remove the old window frame for my laundry window. Also I need to partially demolish the laundry wall and install a new door.

6 frames need to be painted and paint is provided.

Water is leaking through two corners of my window. Normal rain not an issue but when spraying the window it is seeping through two of the corners to the inside. It looks like the seal rubber is ineffective but also looks like some of the grout/cement from around the bricks of the windowsill has come loose and needs to be filled. See photos attached

These photos are of an internal window in our office we are just fitting out. We just got installed yesterday but it needs to be uninstalled and just moved to the back of cavity. At the moment is set in front reception area but I would like it set back 10cm from front so there is an exposed shelf.
