I need help setting up a wifi extender and a wireless printer, and fixing a large whiteboard to the wall.

I’m absolutely IT illiterate and my wifi extender has stopped working . I don’t have the instructions and wavlink brand . Called jay car for help I did a factory reset as they said and couldn’t help me any further. I don’t have a working laptop and need help !!!

We recently had a new router (Telstra) installed. I forgot to ask the person who installed it to set up our wifi extended for the front half of the house. We used to have it so the back of the house we were on one wifi name and the front of the house on another - it all came from the one router - I don't understand how these things are done.
