E30 error code appear at my apartment Tecgnika washing machine need be fixed

The washing machine was stopping mid-cycle. I drained the pump filter and still received an error. Believe the error to be caused by the door closing mechanism not being tight enough. Tried to open this to check, but interior panel fell down inside machine. Machine is: Electrolux, Time manager, 7kg Eco Wash System.

The machine will not switch on. No error code since, nothing appearing.

LG washtower is currently on an appliance stand and doesn't seem level or stable as the machine vibrates a bit more than normal. Need help taking it off the stand and levelling it. Will probably need 2 people to move it as the machine is 128kg, and it may be worth having an appliance dolly. I have some anti vibration pads from Bunnings that can also be added.
