My front loader washing machine isn’t draining and the “clean pump” light is on. I’ve been told this is a simple issue but I’ve never dealt with washing machine issues so would rather someone else give it a go.

This is a Fisher & Paykel Smartwash 8.5kg. It has problem/error in process washing when turns to spin everytime. Fail to spin and sounds like the roller out of control. Feel like a parts broken or loose when the roller spin. I can provide a short video and photo if needs. Thank you!

The motor is working but the drum is not rotating. The rubber fitting on the door came out while the machine was on. We switched of the machine and tried to fit rubber back on its grove
