I need someone to help me setup my own VPN server and configure the home network (including modem and router) and teach me how to connect to my home vpn while I am using an external network. I have a Synology 218+ NAS, which has OpenVPN. I also have computers that can be used as a server. I managed to set up the OpenVPN server and was able to connect to the server from the client, but I have not been able to use the internet once connected to the VPN. I suspect there is a DNS issue and a port forwarding issue. Not sure.

My uncle wants an apple tv set up with a VPN so that he can access all streaming services overseas, in Madagascar where he has Starlink internet. He wants it all set up so when he arrives in Madagascar he just connects the apple tv box to the TV and it works with the VPN to watch Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, etc. I think some of those are geo-restricted in Madagascar. He has already bought an Apple TV box from Jb-hifi and has a TV in Cottesloe it can be set up on before he takes it to Madagascar on Wednesday 9th July.

I stream south african DSTV tv channels on my tablet using my NordVPN and DSTV Stream app. But I would like to watch it on my Toshiba tv. I can't get to download NordVPN on my Toshiba smart tv so I got an amazon firestick. Now I've managed to download the NordVPN app and login, but I can't find the DSTV Stream app to download. DSTV Stream will not allow me to stream without the app so I need to get the DSTV Stream app downloaded on my Firestick or alternatively download NordVPN and DSTV Stream apps on my tv. My google home (nest gen 2) also doesn't pick up my smart tv or fire tv
