Hi, I’m looking for a quote to repair or replace the Villaboards/fibre‑cement boards on my alfresco ceiling in The Ponds. One of the boards is cracked, sagging, and another board has come out of alignment and some of the nails have dropped down. There is no water damage — it appears to be an installation or fixing issue. I’m hoping to have the damaged sheets removed and reinstalled with the correct FC screws and proper support. The house was built in 2011/2012. Could you please advise availability for an inspection and provide an estimate? Thank you.
