Supply and hang a new door, new skirting boards and new gyprock in the hallway

I would like someone to give me a quote on repairs required to existing wooden verandah.

Supply and install Gyprock setting and cornice - standards cornice 10x100 No sanding needed Area is 3.0m x 8.0m

Need to install 6 x sheets of Gyprock 1350x3000 to garage ceiling. Access is easy as there is a mezzanine about 1.3m from ceiling. Old ceiling will need to be removed no disposal needed.

The tiles that are on the front of a verandah have come off. Seems that the concrete has cracked and tiles have come away. Only four so far have come away but the rest would have to be checked

Deck timber balustrades need painting (has already had an undercoat). Will supply paint. Sorry to those who responded b4- we had a delay with tiling of deck & I didn’t appreciate Id lose all offers/comments once date had expired so have set to “flexible” for completion although would like asap. I am after an electrician that can assist with swapping out existing wall switches (old Clipsal slimline) and plugs with the new icon Clipsal. The existing frame in the gyprock walls fits the new switches. Switches are supplied. I also need four pendant lights replaced, existing wiring and pendants supplied. There are 28 Lights switches with varying gangs and 49 Power-Points throughout the house. It also seems that a a number of transformers for the down lights are either loose or out. I’d say there’s a about 6 of these. I would appreciate someone also checking if these can be fixed or need replacing. If you have the knowledge and ability to also check out /reset an Ness Security alarm (no pin or information provided by vendor) that would also be terrific.

I am looking to get 3 internal power points in my single storey house (walls are gyprock). 2 in lounge room, closest existing power point approx. 2 metres away on the same wall. 1 in bedroom next to bed, closest existing power point on other side of the bed . I’m installing an awning and will need someone to help me lift it. I’ll have the brackets fully prepped and it will be a matter of simply lifting it off the lifter and onto the brackets. Small section of ceiling which was part of the boxed ceiling and is less than 2 years old has been removed and need an ofsider to hold bag so I can fill the couple of bags easily - 1 Hour work - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 1 June 2023

Replace the internal timber balustrade at first floor level as its only 860mm in lieu of the required 1m such that it is at least 1m above Finished floor level which appears to be a brown coloured laminate/ vinyl type floor finish. It was noted the vertical timber balusters were 65mm apart. The balustrade is to comply with the provisions of BCA 2019, including amendt 1 part D2.16. Alternatively rectify the existing balustrade to comply with said requirements such that it is at least 1m high above finished floor level. - Due date: Before Monday, 27 March 2023

Fix, tape, patch, sand and paint holes in the plasterboard wall. Power points covers have to be removed for painting. Paint will be provided. Clean-up mess on completion. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, February 17, 2023
