Looking for a painter to complete some work on our balcony areas. Scope of work: • Paint three ceilings (two small balconies and one larger area). • small 2 ceiling already has primer applied, needs two coats of paint. • The large ceilings will need primer + two coats of paint. It is about 10-15sqm • Paint a section of rendered wall/column on the the balcony. • prime and paint one bedroom wall, including skirting and door frame. See pictures of areas. Paint will be supplied. Please bring your own ladders, brushes, rollers, and any other tools required. ✅ Please provide a total job quote (not hourly or daily rate).

It’s a n elbow mark on the gyprock wall. Need to patch it nicely! Will do the paint later one it’s dry. If the patch is in cream colour even better. << PAINTING NOT REQUIRED >>

Need to remove old plaster glue off wall and any remaining gyprock down to the brick/render(gyprock has been removed mostly) replace with villaboard or simular will need to match up to existing gyprock sheeting and external corners done about 25mm depth to play with thinking furring channels fixed directly to brick and villaboard ontop - area roughly 600x400 + 600x450 + 600x 200 + small patch of cement sheeting in other room.

Need to install 6 x sheets of Gyprock 1350x3000 to garage ceiling. Access is easy as there is a mezzanine about 1.3m from ceiling. Old ceiling will need to be removed no disposal needed.

The tiles that are on the front of a verandah have come off. Seems that the concrete has cracked and tiles have come away. Only four so far have come away but the rest would have to be checked

I am after an electrician that can assist with swapping out existing wall switches (old Clipsal slimline) and plugs with the new icon Clipsal. The existing frame in the gyprock walls fits the new switches. Switches are supplied. I also need four pendant lights replaced, existing wiring and pendants supplied. There are 28 Lights switches with varying gangs and 49 Power-Points throughout the house. It also seems that a a number of transformers for the down lights are either loose or out. I’d say there’s a about 6 of these. I would appreciate someone also checking if these can be fixed or need replacing. If you have the knowledge and ability to also check out /reset an Ness Security alarm (no pin or information provided by vendor) that would also be terrific.
