We would like to install: - Eight IKEA shelves; we have three brackets for each shelf so it's 24 screws into the wall. The brackets are x12 Pershult and x12 Sandsult - 1 heavy mirror, requires 2 screws into the wall - 1 knife rack, requires 2 screws into the wall - 1 TV mount, requires 2 screws into the wall - 2 hooks, requires 4 screws into the door It's an Art Deco apartment with brick walls covered in a thick render. Happy to source the screws if you can advise what to get. Unsure of the appropriate budget, happy to be guided by the quotes provided. Would be ideal to get the job completed ASAP.

Apply render to 2x walls sections. Each is a triangle area 1.5mhigh by 80cm deep. Existing render is 2cm There is some concrete overspill and some seal you would need to clear away too, so that it's close to seamless. While you're at it, why not fill in other drill holes typically 10mm in other areas. Let's say there are 12 of those to fill in too. I require a electrician to relocate two extsing power points into a newly built timber stud frame wall. Basically involves extending existing cabaling to existing GPO's and relocating. Your price should include all materials (cabaling), labour and air tasker fees. GPO 1 - should be lifted from ground level to approx 1,000 high of adjacent wall. Some additional wiring is required. GPO 2 - should be lifted off ground level, a few metres of wiring added and taped up ready to be installed into new timber framed wall. Repair an area of broken brick render that came lose from the wall.

Re-render brick in small area measures roughly 10cm X 3m and around 0.5sqms on both ends. See attached pictures. All lose render has been removed. Area is prepared, cleaned and vaccumed ready for render. After a smooth finish that matches existing brick render, which can be painted over. New render must be strong solid and last for years to come. The new render will NOT have the same problem as before where render become unattached to the brick and created hollow spaces and uneven wall surface. After someone who can do a clean job as it's one of the bedrooms we are living in with carpets.
