You’ll need to BYO ladder, a strong drill, and any other required tools. I estimate the job will take 2–3 hours. I’m happy to help, but I don’t have a ladder. We recently removed an old balcony from the second floor of our house. This has left exposed brickwork and gaps under a set of French doors on the upper floor (see photos). We need someone to: Patch and repair the exposed wall sections (both brick and render) so it’s flush with the existing surface Prepare the surface for rendering Apply matching exterior render to blend with the existing wall texture and colour (as close as possible) Ensure the finish is weatherproof and suitable for exterior conditions

We need a power point installed behind our piano to plug in the dehumidifier which is inside the piano. In the other side of the wall is a stove top. There is no power point currently in this wall, however there is one on the adjoining corner near the stove top.

The gyprock will need to go directly onto the brick as we can’t add depth due to the door on the left. We also have some gyprock that may be able to be used.
