While I was cleaning, some cleaning chemical accidentally entered a power point, causing a small flame and tripping the power. I attempted to reset the trip switch at the main switchboard after waiting for five hours, but the issue persists. As a tenant, I am looking for an affordable solution to address this problem. I am considering the following options: 1) Fix the current power point: This would involve ensuring it no longer trips the power, although it would mean the burnt-out power point cannot be used. I am fine with this as I do not use this plug point anymore. 2) Replace the current power point: The goal is to prevent any further tripping after replacement. I have found an affordable option at Bunnings (link provided below), and I am happy to go with this if necessary. Please provide quotes for both options, with a preference for option 2. Garage internal gyprock installer required for a day

Need 2 x TV’s installed into gyprock walls at my unit. TV’s are 55” and 75” I have wall brackets for both TV’s Preferably on Saturday 23rd March during the day :)
