Hello I'm looking for someone to come to my home at St Ives and replaced the awning on my caravan the material on the awning was ripped however the frame and structural details do not need to be replaced just supply and fit the awning thank you it's approx 9.9m size obviously exact descriptions will be supplied and it maybe possible for me to purchase the material and you will just fit

The render at the bottom corner of the house has broken off and there are some cracks.

You’ll need to BYO ladder, a strong drill, and any other required tools. I estimate the job will take 2–3 hours. I’m happy to help, but I don’t have a ladder. We recently removed an old balcony from the second floor of our house. This has left exposed brickwork and gaps under a set of French doors on the upper floor (see photos). We need someone to: Patch and repair the exposed wall sections (both brick and render) so it’s flush with the existing surface Prepare the surface for rendering Apply matching exterior render to blend with the existing wall texture and colour (as close as possible) Ensure the finish is weatherproof and suitable for exterior conditions

We need a power point installed behind our piano to plug in the dehumidifier which is inside the piano. In the other side of the wall is a stove top. There is no power point currently in this wall, however there is one on the adjoining corner near the stove top.

Most of the work would be around Pymble, St Ives area, someone local preferred as I travel from Eastern Suburbs so getting myself & trades out there is costing alot of time & tolls than having someone local. If there's someone who's okay with a few days per week (days can be arranged with your schedule a week in advance). Someone with own transport & tools (basic tools like circ saw, drill, angle grinder etc). Can work unsupervised & can communicate well so we can arrange jobs without me being present all the time. I'm happy to meet discuss what your skillset is, availability & of course your rates. Depending on what you can do we can negotiate if your reasonable. Can pay dayrate/hourly in cash to make it better for you. Jobs like plastering, painting, repairs, basic plumbing tap,toilet seat etc, replacing bulbs, basic tiling and whatnot.
