There is a hole in a plasterboard wall the size of a football which needs repair as soon as possible. Location is Aspley

$50 per hour, needed for 2 hours min. Help to carry and support sauna panels as we take apart existing sauna and assemble new one. Not super heavy but awkward to do solo.

Awning needs to be re-attached to privacy screen. High reaching ladder is required (or similar). The privacy screening is also on a slope. Pictures show the awning that is still in place as to how the awning is to look again once reattached. If able to quote via pictures here would be great or price can be discussed on site. I’m replacing my existing hard-wired oven (20A) with a new oven that has a 10A plug. The current setup is a hard-wired 20A oven circuit (with existing cabling in place). I need a licensed electrician to: Disconnect the existing hard-wired oven connection. Install a standard 10A single power point (or double) (surface-mounted or flush, depending on what suits). Replace the 20A circuit breaker at the electrical switchboard with a 10A breaker to suit the new outlet. Test the circuit for safety and compliance (RCD, earthing, etc.) Notes: The existing cabling and circuit are already in place — just need conversion to a socket outlet. The new oven is 10A with a standard plug (comes fitted). Please bring all required parts (10A socket, 10A breaker, etc.) and include them in your quote. Need a plasterer to repair a hole in the wall.

I have 2 areas in my house were gyprock have been cut out for a water leak we had that need to be filled with gyprock and patched again

We live in a Queensland with a built-in lower level. We want to knock out one existing stud wall (marked red on photos) and expand that small bedroom by having a new stud wall built (marked green on photos). New wall length will be 2.50m, height 1.98m. Between two concrete pillars. Thinking it may be possible to move and re-use existing sliding door. Open to suggestions to minimise work required on ceiling (the two halves of new room have existing good ceilings). Looking for someone experienced to come out, assess what's required and help us decide a plan.

Steel balustrade wire is loose and I cannot tighten it as I don’t have the right tools to do the job. Swaged stud fitting spinning in post without tightening/catching

I would like a fan to be connected to existing plugs.. I have already removed and replaced the old fan just need new one to be connected to same spot. And I would like about 4 new power points installed in the house on various wall. Power already on the wall on other side on another room, just need more to be pulled through
