The space for the door is 1.18 meters wide and 2.07meters high. The width is not enough for the door I want. So I plan to first build a plasterboard wall and then install the door in it.

Need rendering for front of house. Location: Point Cook. Also looking to get 2 sections (pillars) TILED so it is matched to theme. Area approximately 20-25 square mt. Unsure of price, hence entered $300.

I have an outdoor brick pillar on my alfresco that has been shortened and now has one open side. I need a qualified handyman/bricklayer/renderer to: • Supply and install framing and fibre‑cement sheeting to close the open side of the pillar (around existing downpipe and timber post). • Prepare all surfaces, including cleaning bricks and applying bonding agent. • Install appropriate mesh over the new sheeting and adjoining brickwork to minimise cracking. • Render the entire pillar so it looks like one solid, uniform column, matching existing exterior texture as closely as possible. • Prime and paint the rendered pillar (I will supply paint colour if required, or you can include in your quote). • patch any holes left in the fibro cement alfresco ceiling and indoor plaster ceiling above the pillar where it was shortened – supply matching materials, backings, filler/tape/compound, prime, and paint to match existing (photos show areas). • Remove all rubbish and leave the area tidy. Pillar is approximately 2.8m high and 350x350mm wide (see photo). Power and water available on site. Please only respond if you are experienced with exterior rendering and can show previous similar work.
