Some damages in a drywall not too big

In an apartment building on the 13th floor. I’m wanting to install a portable AC vent into a casement/ awning window that opens outwards. Needing a piece of plywood cut to 1600mmx990mm with a cutout centred towards the bottom fitting the exhaust vent. From there hook and loop tape to attach it to the window frame. Really only needing the plywood collected, cut to size, vent cut out and delivered. Open to negotiations Thank you

I need 6 ceiling holes patched and plastered from where the electrician had to cut access holes for wiring. The plasterboard pieces are here already. Ceiling will need to be painted afterwards, natural white. There is also a small amount of plastering required in the laundry where shelving was taken out.

Bathroom ceiling need to be plastered, has board up already need to finish off with edging tape and wet area base coat. Size of the bathroom is 3.4x1.75, location apartment in Newstead next to gasworks plaza

The top self of the wardrobe wire racks has come out of the wall, pulling out some of the drywall with it. Need to fix or replace top shelf and holes in the wall. Ideally would love the job completed as soon as possible.

Two removed powerpoint holes need to be repaired, have original bits that were cut out if needed. And a few small nicks and wall marks around the house need some filling. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 22 August 2023

An electrician is coming to move some switch, install a pendant light and wall mount a tv. I need a plasterer to patch/sand walls ready for painting. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 21 July 2023

TV is attached to a swivel bracket on gyprock wall in lounge. Bracket has dislodged from wall. May need a piece of light timber to support the weigh. Repair and rehang TV & mounting. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 3 April 2023

Need new sheets of plaster board put up and corner - Due date: Flexible

100mm of render had to be removed for tiling on our balcony so that it could be waterproofed. Needs replaced. I’ve done some of it, but busy with work and need it done so tiler can silicone. Other areas have had a first coat and need finishing. About 2sqm or so from my calculation I have large tub of premix render and sheets (and tools, though I’d expect you have your own anyway) Render should blend with/be to same finish as existing render, leave a clear 5mm gap for silicone between render and tile, and not get on/in new tiles, and be ready for paint when job is done (so that once painted the repair is seamless/invisible). The standard expected is nothing more than a quick sand is all that’s required before painting to give the final finish once painted. Price includes all fees and extras and should be total.

We’re fitting out a new office in a bit of a hurry. We’d like to wall mount 3x TVs. We’ll have the TVs, brackets, but you’ll need to: - Install the mounts on the wall - Run power / install a twin power point behind each (for two of the three only, one already has power nearby) - Duct a pair of HDMI cables from each TV to a wall plate at ground level This would require a sparkie license. Need someone to render the front of our cafe counter - cement look

I’ve attempted to plaster a few house in the house and just needing someone to come in and fix what I’ve done. Mostly a good job however some holes I’ve placed to much putty and needing to sand / re do etc. I have the paint ready to go. I’ve attached photos.
