I’d like this area covered in preparation for a new roof-mounted unit. The inside needs to be finished flush, but the outside doesn’t need to match the existing boards exactly (it can be flat instead). This isn’t a visible area, so appearance is less important than functionality. Glass awning window and the top pop rivets x 2 have broken off the frame. Glass window is intact.

Cut through gyprock wall to access storage space. Frame the opening in timber. Hang door and secure shut with a magnetic latch. Opening size is approximately 600mm wide by 1000mm high. Job will require removal of approximately 3 skirting tiles. No painting needed.

Th external walls of our home are rendered. In some areas the render has deteriorated, and the painted walls are flaking away, likely due to rising damp. We are seeking an experienced Contractor who can undertake the repair. It will be necessary to view the defective areas to agree the cost.

We need some iron/steel work to supply and install balustrades both internal and external. Attached are some images of what we are after and the internal stairs details. The external balcony balustrade will be approx. 2550mm wide, come out from the wall approx. 100mm and attach to the wall from the outside. i.e. we are closing off an opening. Internally just balustrade at the top of stairs and hand bar down main stair.
