Glass awning window and the top pop rivets x 2 have broken off the frame. Glass window is intact.

Cut through gyprock wall to access storage space. Frame the opening in timber. Hang door and secure shut with a magnetic latch. Opening size is approximately 600mm wide by 1000mm high. Job will require removal of approximately 3 skirting tiles. No painting needed.

Th external walls of our home are rendered. In some areas the render has deteriorated, and the painted walls are flaking away, likely due to rising damp. We are seeking an experienced Contractor who can undertake the repair. It will be necessary to view the defective areas to agree the cost.

We need some iron/steel work to supply and install balustrades both internal and external. Attached are some images of what we are after and the internal stairs details. The external balcony balustrade will be approx. 2550mm wide, come out from the wall approx. 100mm and attach to the wall from the outside. i.e. we are closing off an opening. Internally just balustrade at the top of stairs and hand bar down main stair.

We had a hole drilled into our rendered exterior brick wall to bypass a leaking hot water pipe. This hole goes directly into a kitchen cupboard. I would like to get this hole repaired. - Due date: Before Friday, 16 June 2023

Patch up render on backyard studio. Render patches are mostly a result of removing previous structures that were attached to the studio (pool fence, pergola) plus a few minor other missing patches. Render needs to be 10mm thick, approx area is < 1.25m2 Render will be painted separately so no need to try and match colour. - Due date: Before Thursday, 15 December 2022

Plastering and painting over a number of minor cracks in multiple walls throughout the house - just aesthetic cracks as far as I am aware as they’re all very thin. Also, ceiling cornice in 1x room that has cracked along one side and needs to be filled. Build a entry door where plaster board (gyprock) wall is currently Entry door to be installed from office to kitchenette (see photos) Kitchenette door to be sealed off with gyprock /plasterboard and well concealed to reduce chance of entry - please reinforce the plasterboard here so that forced entry is difficult Not urgent (within 4 weeks or so) but sooner is better
