Our balcony facade needs repair and rendering. The job includes 3 side of balcony facades, 2 posts and 2 base need to rendering to original design- sanded kind of look.

Our townhouse facade renders for the balcony and the post came off as show by the photos. The both side rendering also has gaps and needs to replace with new one. The post has crack and whole also needs to repair.

Move a PowerPoint up 2-3 inches from its current position so it is away from tiles. I think there is sufficient wiring for the move.

It is a manual outdoors retractable awning system and the gear eye is broken. Please see attached pictures. I’ve done some measurements, they should be fairly accurate but not exact. Awning Dimensions: Length 490 cm Extends out: 290 cm Gearbox shaft diameter 12mm Pin diameter 4mm The gear eye should have a hole for the turning stick with a minimum width of 12mm.
