Our balcony facade needs repair and rendering. The job includes 3 side of balcony facades, 2 posts and 2 base need to rendering to original design- sanded kind of look.

Our townhouse facade renders for the balcony and the post came off as show by the photos. The both side rendering also has gaps and needs to replace with new one. The post has crack and whole also needs to repair.

Move a PowerPoint up 2-3 inches from its current position so it is away from tiles. I think there is sufficient wiring for the move.
