We has to cut open the ceiling to identify a leaking problem. The plumbing has now been done and we need to plaster back the open ceiling. The cut is roughly 0.5 m x 1.5 m in dimension. Will need to plaster, sand, fix and paint the plastered area back to look normal in the common area. There are no designs. It's a plain plastering work probably require an hour or two at max.

Repair and strengthen timer posts (rotten at the bottom ) maybe by galvanised steel bracket between the posts and the timber deck .

HI there. I need a brick wall and pillar cement rendered on one side and simply bag washed on the other. No painting required. Dimensions approx. 4m x 1.8m. See pics attached.

I have a small patch of wall, which previously had tiles, that I would like to be re-rendered smooth so that it can be painted. A small skirting board will the attached to hide the gap near the floor. This won’t need to be done by renderer.

Install retractable awning for 3 m width and 2.4 m height. We will supply the awning. The contractor will first need to install a beam across first, paint it and secure wall brackets to the beam as showed on pictures. Rafter bracket or similar will need to be installed. Then the awning will need to be installed on that beam. Please note that the contractor will need to have prior experience and installation will need to be sturdy.
