We need 1 hole in our bathroom ceiling patched where a light was removed. It is approximately 400 x 400mm. We also need an area repaired in the kitchen ceiling repaired. We had a leak in the roof which caused the damage to the cornice area. The leaky roof is now fixed. We would like the dust kept to a minimum.

Need a section removed, replaced & clean up. Size approx 2100w x 800h. Will need to be cut in around existing solid brick section

I had my light fittings updated a few weeks back and have some holes in the ceiling from the old fittings. I've had AC installed in my apartment and the contractors have cut 2x access panels approx 500×600. They have not patched the holes after completed works and have misplaced the removed plasterboard. I need to fix up the wooden post and steel wire balustrade on my front porch. This will require replacing one of the corner wooden posts which has been water damaged, and as a resulted in the wires coming off. As an additional task if you have painting skills, then we want to get a quote to paint the post and front exterior wall. See photos for details Edit. The $500 Budget is just a placeholder.
