I need a render / experienced handyman to repair a brick pillar following the removal of a connecting fence wall to widen a driveway. Specifics: The Task: - Dimensions: Repair area is approximately 80cm high x 22cm wide. - Preparation: Clean back old mortar and bricks to ensure a flat, stable substrate. - Bonding: A bonding agent (eg BondCrete or SBR) must be used to ensure adhesion to the old brick. - Corner Detail: Please install a PVC External Corner Bead to ensure the vertical edge is perfectly straight and impact-resistant. I can supply this. - Application: Two-stage application (a scratch/filler coat to level the brick voids, followed by a finish coat) to prevent slumped render or shrinkage cracks. - Render the face and corner to match the existing sandy/sponge texture. I can supply PVC External Corner Bead (Siniat 3.5mm nib 32 x 3000mm PVC External Render Trim). You will supply the bonding agent, render and tools. The goal is to match the existing texture as closely as possible and ensure the new render is flush with the original surface. I will take care of painting myself. Location: Lane Cove

There’s a hole in the ceiling about 15cm maybe more or less needs to be patched and painted

We need 1 hole in our bathroom ceiling patched where a light was removed. It is approximately 400 x 400mm. We also need an area repaired in the kitchen ceiling repaired. We had a leak in the roof which caused the damage to the cornice area. The leaky roof is now fixed. We would like the dust kept to a minimum.

Need a section removed, replaced & clean up. Size approx 2100w x 800h. Will need to be cut in around existing solid brick section

I had my light fittings updated a few weeks back and have some holes in the ceiling from the old fittings. I need these to be patched up - not painted, as I am planning to have the whole place painted. I've had AC installed in my apartment and the contractors have cut 2x access panels approx 500×600. They have not patched the holes after completed works and have misplaced the removed plasterboard. I need these patched, set and painted ceiling white with 10mm plasterboard. Need help to mount a 55" Samsung TV onto a bedroom drywall, via Mounting Dream Low Profile bracket (on hand) and conceal cabling behind the TV.
