I've had AC installed in my apartment and the contractors have cut 2x access panels approx 500×600. They have not patched the holes after completed works and have misplaced the removed plasterboard. I need these patched, set and painted ceiling white with 10mm plasterboard. Also have an additional hole from the attic space where someone has put there foot through the ceiling 😬 This will require a patch roughly 750×750. See attached photos

3 bedroom and 2 bathroom (1 main + 1 ensuite) unit is about 95m2, all concrete solid ceilings. Would like to have gyprocking ceiling through out, so can have down lights, ceiling exhaust fan etc later. The unit is located on the ground level, no any stairs. Old red brick building - no lift. You need to supply all plasterboard + labor. I prefer new ceiling don’t have those old cove cornices. But more modern look. I put a new look design as the last photo, that’s what I am hoping to achieve. Because I have wardrobe in the bedroom, I am hoping new ceiling doesn’t affect the existing wardrobe, if possible.

I have an existing Sanus full-motion TV wall mount that is able to extend out to 70cm from the wall and would like someone to help install it + mount the TV Specifics: - The wall itself is gyprock, but there are existing metal studs behind it - 65" TV (17kg) - Being a 65-inch TV, I believe some wooden beams or a wooden plate will be required to support the weight of the TV when extended fully. Open to other suggestions on this one - Existing power point - Cabling should run down through the wall A mate of mine began the job but decided to leave it when he realised the studs were not wood. section of a bedroom wall has two holes in it and some of the plastering underneath the holes doesn't look strong so I believe the whole section of the wall may need replastering. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 27 October 2023

We removed a cavity wall sliding door and covered cavity with Gyprock, now needs to be tidied up and plastered ready for painting (wall and ceiling).

Walls in the photos (about 23 sqm) to be rendered and to be matched to current pattern. - Due date: Before Monday, 7 August 2023

Fix a large hole in the wall, seems to be no stud behind the wall just a cavity space. Will need to bring all materials including plaster, which will need to be white/ off white - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 18 June 2023
