I need a qualified professional to come and install 2x power points in my apartment (I believe it is double brick). One behind the cabinet (1st picture) and Another one at the bottom of the wall underneath the light switch.

And two brackets to hold a curtain rod. I will have all the screws and brackets - I just don’t have a drill and I need the work done safely and professionally as it is a small PT Studio.

I've had AC installed in my apartment and the contractors have cut 2x access panels approx 500×600. They have not patched the holes after completed works and have misplaced the removed plasterboard. I need these patched, set and painted ceiling white with 10mm plasterboard.
