I have two small repairs required. An electrical power point and a very small patch on a wall.

1. Mount tv on gyprock wall and hide cable in the wall. Mounting bracket and cable wall plates already purchased. 2. Mount Ikea cabinet on gyprock wall, flush to the ceiling. Cabinet is already assembled. Both items to be mounted on internal gyprock walls in a 5 year old apartment.

Metal bank of letterboxes, has been broken into in the past and backflaps bent and parts of lock catches broken in some letterboxes.

Water leak caused partial ceiling collapse. Leak fixed, hole remains. Approximately 2500 x 700, straight set. Friday would be good.

Pick up and install a retractable screen on my balcony. Awning will need to be collected from Newstead Bunnings. May need bigger anchors than included with the awning for increased strength. Will have to drill into very hard concrete slab to anchor awning.

2 X coats reqd. Approx. 30 m2. I will supply the paint.

im looking for a professional plasterer. apply sheeting to walls as shown in pictures, then do all required joinery and sand it back ready to paint the walls. gyprock sheets will be supplied, required trades must supply the rest. task in in kangaroo point job to be done on thursday or friday

I am seeking to extend the balustrade railing on 3rd floor balcony. I have spare railing materials which need cutting/adapting to side and adapting to ensure links are connected to the existing railing (galvanised steel). The area being extended also required floor tiles installing to match existing. See pictures of the area and a picture of the material available. Body corp and council approvals have been acquired.
