Hi, i have purchased balcony door DIY awning and need help to install it professionally. i have strata approval to install it. Awning purchased is 3m in width and max space above the door is 2.8m. plastic sheets and one frame needs to be cut little bit to make sure it is installed within the space available on the wall above door. Preferred be done Today or tomorrow.

There is an existing power point in my kitchen that I want to replace with a new one

I’m looking for a licenced tradesperson to take on some work. I am installing a new kitchen and would like to take the opportunity to open up the kitchen by opening a short wall to the dining room. It is load bearing and I have had an engineer sketch out what is required (see attachment). The opening is approximately 2000mm wide. A 150 UA Lintel has been recommended by the engineer (per report attached) for the opening. If you were interested, I would like a quote for: - the removal of the wall, including materials (Acro Props etc) - the source and install of the Lintel, and - finish the wall opening with render to match the interns walls (I am open to other suggestions too) Let me know if you were interested in scoping and / or quoting.
