Need approx 4m of glass balustrade installed (just need the spigots screwed down on to the support that is already in place), handrail cut to size and run along the top. Needs to be a qualified carpenter as we need the certificate showing correct install. Also need a door handle fixing- it is loose, I suspect it wasn't correctly installed. Prefer someone who can give an hourly rate as there is other ongoing work.

The block wall is approx 3800 long x 2660 height. This wall requires removal of old glue patches of wall. If possible I would like this wall set slightly off the wall Because of cracking issues. I need 3 corrugated roof panels on my carport and a single window awning removed to allow for the installation of an air-conditioner. The carport roof panels also need to be replaced after the air-conditioner has been installed. Only registered builders please.

I have a problem with two stairways. (a) balustrades and bottom rail rotting out on stariway. (b) a second stairway - balustrades and bottom rail rotting, + the same around landing. this stairway will need replacement of post (like for like)
