There is an existing indoor power point on the other side of the wall, so we’re hoping to utilise the existing wiring where suitable. Please include labour, materials and testing in your quote. My pond’s waterproofing had broken down and it was leaking, so I removed the waterproofing and the render underneath as it was damaged. Now I need the inside walls and floor rendered (7m length x 70cm width x 40cm depth, approx. 11m² total surface to render). Material: Sand-cement render mix, roughly 1 part cement : 3 parts fine washed plasterers' sand, with a bonding/waterproofing admixture (e.g. Bondcrete or SBR) and polypropylene fibres mixed in to reduce cracking. Important: Internal corners (wall-to-wall and wall-to-floor) must be curved/coved, not square — a smooth rounded fillet, not a sharp right angle. I pressure washed and cleaned the surface already, though that was 2-3 weeks ago, so it may need a quick re-clean. Please include any further surface prep (cleaning, roughening, patching) needed before rendering in your quote. Looking for someone experienced in concrete rendering, pool or pond construction.
