Hi, I need a licensed electrician for the following jobs: • Task 1: Replace 4 double power points. • Note: I have already replaced the faceplates for one of them, but the base/mechanism underneath still needs professional replacement. For the other 3, I will provide the new complete units. • Task 2: Replace 1 old hard-wired smoke alarm. • Could you please advise what specific model or brand of hard-wired smoke alarm I should purchase so it’s compatible with the existing wiring? • Requirement: Must be a licensed electrician. A Certificate of Compliance (COC) is required upon completion for all work. • Photos: Attached are photos of the existing power points and the smoke alarm base.

We want to waterproof and render this wall, i would need to give more details about the job but photos show the cracking, its about 3 meters wide.

Supply: Base coat, setting compound, fibreglass jointing tape, timber beading, sandpaper. Stage 4 – Clean-Up (Labourer) Full rubbish removal and site clean. Supply: Bags, broom, vacuum, skip bin. Stage 5 – Painter Prime new plasterwork, paint ceiling white x 2 coats. Supply: Sealer primer, ceiling white paint (12.65m²), rollers, brushes, drop sheets. Notes: • Aquacheck must be rated for semi-outdoor/humid use • Confirm downlight positions with electrician before plastering • Electrical under separate licensed contractor • LED fittings supplied by client

Awning strut snapped on my jayco caravan. I have the parts but want a skilled handyman to fit them. Located in canungra at sharp Park. I need this done soon so I can have my roof for my outdoor area.

We are moving house and need someone to please instal some wire for the Balustrade/Deck. We have the wire. All holes are already in the timber, all measure ready to go :) This is quite urgent so would love someone in the next week or so to complete this.

Need to get these walls ready for paint. Will include scraping of glue, patching and a replacement of a area with matching skirting. (Can buy this in advance)
