Line with GIB (plasterboard) both sides. Finish ready for paint (stopping and sanding included). Requirements: Must have experience in framing, insulation, and GIB installation. Provide own tools and materials (or quote for supply separately). Clean and safe workmanship. Removal and disposal of old structure preferred. We need a small hole patched in a bedroom where the curtain rail pulled off and the screws made a hole in the wall. Small job, but wondering what a rough cost idea might be please? Happy to work out a fair price and have other similar things around the house as well that we could also discuss.

We urgently need our rendered wall repaired to match the finish (we can do the painting). We drilled and patched a couple holes ourselves but it’s not exact as you can see The texture cement render needs to be more consistent we are told - so we can get our bond returned. Might just need to drill the holes out again and plug it to match unsure

Hi, I need help installing a 4.5 kg Westinghouse vented tumble dryer on a plasterboard wall. The model supports wall mounting and I have the official Westinghouse wall bracket kit. The wall sounds hollow, so I believe it’s plasterboard. I would like the dryer securely mounted using a horizontal timber batten fixed into studs (not just plasterboard anchors), and then the bracket attached to that. Scope includes: • Locate wall studs • Supply and fix a suitable timber batten (approx. 90 × 35 mm, 60–80 cm long) • Mount the supplied dryer bracket • Lift and secure the dryer onto the bracket Please bring your own tools and a stud finder.
