Render section of back and part of the side of house with render mix. Side only up to drain pipe about 4 m from back corner Materials supplied. Labour only Tasker needs own tools ( trowel and sponge etc). Approximately 12 square metres area only . Some external pipes to render around Preparing surface done by me including prep to back painted section. Clean up by me. - Due date: Flexible

Hello. I need an electrician to wire up a new power point in my Al Fresco. Thre is a power cable in the roof directly above servicing an existing high level power point. I will remove a roof sheet to expose the roof cavity. New cable can be run easily s new stud wall is still unclad. An HPM outdoor Power outlet has been installed in position ready to wire up. Power point is above 400mm above floor and protected from weather. You will need: Appropriately rated cable (approx 2.5m) Junction box for roof void cnnection. Flexi conduit if code requires. Necessary tools and small step ladder Certificate of electrical compliance required after installation. - Due date: Flexible

Wet plaster work applied to laundry and toilet area of 1930’s house. Mixture of painted brick and uneven painted render to be covered. Area will be gutted by owner prior to work. Approx. 50m2 of wall area to be done, cornice to be installed in one room (approx. 8.5 l/m)
