Need someone with a few basic tools and ability to hang frames level on a wall. Some walls will have to mount on brick, others plaster. I need some help building a small office desk too and a few chairs for reception area. Care must be taken not to damage floors, make unnecessary holes in wall or scratch walls. Looking to add two Window Awnings to my Granny Flat. Details: - Want to provide protection from rain so can keep windows open to bathroom and laundry (both rooms have fans but I'm wanting more ventilation in more rooms) - Exterior is Polystyrene and Rendered (very delicate), this would need someone that has worked with both products before. - Would need someone to measure, supply and install awnings. - Happy to be provided with suggestions of what the best options are for this sort of job. I have added a photo of an example but unsure if this is the right product for what I want to do. - I would like for sun to still beam through the window even though only a small amount comes through. Patch two holes in Gyprock. . One is 30 cm wide and the other one is 34 cm wide. Sanding is required. No painting.
