Hi, I’m looking for an experienced plasterer/handyman to help close and patch a gyprock wall 2.2m Height * 1.47m Wide

Require sanding back over previous plastering that was not sanded and then painted over which is unsightly. It was to go over light cracks in ceiling. Also require a piece of sagging cornice to replaced and painted

The pyramid shaped gyprock ceiling comes out once we change the Roof Rafters in the Roof space the ceiling goes back up and finally sand and paint. NB- The mobile scaffolding will be in place for the work to be undertaken

After some repairs on the roof some power points around the kitchen stopped working, when I put the respective breaker up its goes down again.

- Have to patch up a dozen gyprock holes - Attaching pics for your reference - I have one brick to be patched up. I have brick with me. Just need to cut it to size and patch it up.

I'm looking for an experienced plasterer to provide a smooth finish to a new, single internal partition wall in our main bedroom. The wall is constructed from plasterboard (drywall) and reaches up to a standard ceiling height of ~2.4m, where it meets the ceiling cornice. We'll also need to connect new cornice runs (standard 90mm cove) with the existing cornice. There is also the need to patch an assortment of items on the existing wall - an old powerpoint hole, rectifying a small divot in the ceiling, and patching over gaps in the wall where we've removed an old built-in wardrobe.  Requirements: Plastering of one partition wall up to ceiling Patching of existing wall, as detailed above Crisp, sharp edgework on all corners All materials to be supplied by you Clean up all plaster dust after completion Dispose of any plaster waste offsite The space is indoors, with ample room for mixing and storing your tools. A water tap is available nearby, and you'll be working in the presence of an old dog (who will leave you alone), so idesally you'll be comfortable with animals. Access is straightforward, and work can proceed regardless of the weather. I am flexible with scheduling and can accommodate work any time over the next month. Two very large holes (cutouts in garage ceiling due to rain damage) need to be replaced.

I have a small passage wall - Dining lounge area to be closed with timber, gyprock and install skirtings. Please let me know your quote. please provide your quote for both supply and install && just for install only - I am also happy to provide all the materials required to plaster the wall. I dont have the exact measurements but I can give you a guestimate (MAX - 1.8m x 2.1m)

Rendering work of concrete

Had a AC vent installed in the bulk head. The bulkhead need to be extended a bit as the vent is over hanging.

External Folding arm awning approx 4 *4 mtrs from Luxafelx. Looking to replace the skin with Dickson or Docril fabric or similar quality.

Fix small dent in Gyprock wall on ground floor - easy access

Purchase the Copenhagen 2 seater Sauna and it's quite difficult to put together, as I have a back problem. Usermanual below. The wall needs to be fully covered with gyprock to ensure a smooth even finish. That way we can paint.

There’s a temporary shelving structure in the middle of the garage, built by the previous owner. One side consists of IKEA shelves, and the other is a small timber frame covered with plasterboard (see photo). I need the entire structure fully disassembled and disposed of—please include disposal in your quote. I haven’t moved in yet, as the property is still occupied by the previous owner for the next 2–3 weeks. I’ll need to confirm the timing with him.

Awning need to be replaced on the window on the first floor

We have 2 wardrobes we would like shelving installed - 1 is a smaller built in (single door size) and the other is a small walk in wardrobe. The smaller built in just needs a few shelves. For the walk in we would like to install shelving on just one side and leave the rest for hanging. Thanks

Patch gyprock roughly 30cm diameter on bathroom ceiling

Install a new Gyprock roof in garage . Size of the garage is approximately 16.5 ft x 12.5 ft . Would need Gyprock, insulation and a light in middle of garage roof . Need the roof sanded and painted as well
