Attach 1m cornice to ceiling wall joint where it has fallen from Plaster about 6 smaller cracks in the kitchen

Moving out of a property and require: 1. Plasterboard repairs Holes in plasterboard throughout the house to be patched up. Mainly small wall insert mounting holes throughout the house and 2 small ceiling holes where old light fixtures used to be. 2. Repaint Repairs On completion of the plasterboard repairs, repaint to blend and conceal repair spots.

The plasterboard in my shower has been damaged due to previous water leak. Some tiles have come off and I have put these away safely to be reused if required. As a workaround I have applied contact vinyl over the area where the tiles have come off. I need this repaired please. I'm no expert but I'm assuming the damaged plaster board will need to replaced, waterproofed and retiled? Thanks.

I am looking for brick layer to construct a fence at the front of my house. I would need on site meet up to get the design measurements and structure correct. Essentially 2 1/2 brick by 2 1/2 brick. And then rendering with timber cladding. I will upload a photo of what I would like the fence to look like. Lastly, Timber fencing on the side, approx 3metters to cover the rest of the fence I share with the neighbour.
