We have some sections of external wall that need make good and render. Area 1 is a patch (1m x 1m) and requires make good and render. Area 2 is a wall next to the front door that needs tiles removed and render repaired. No painting required.

As you will see from the photograph, I require a ceiling to be patched with plasterboard. There was previously a leak coming through from the metal roof sheets to a small extension off the living room which caused water damage. Need someone to patch the holes in the ceiling, set and sand the joints. If you are able to paint the ceiling too then that would be great. You wouldn’t need more than one sheet of Gyprock and then too paint the ceiling probably 15sqm

Finish setting gyprock on ceiling in bathroom and small hall, and small amount on walls in toilet and laundry Then put cornice up in small hall

The ceiling in my showroom was removed to have a feature ceiling of solar panels, they have now been removed and i need the ceiling reinstalled. 4.4m x 5.2m and cornice installed around the edges.

Cut out water affected gyprock plasterboard, fix & set new gyprock plasterboard

Need rendering work done on new block wall front of house rendering done to fascia and parapet. Materials supplied by me

Need sauna sanded & re stained. Have a botched a DIY job need someone who knows what they are doing to sand back timber to raw & re stain to a natural looking timber.
