Pick up and install boxed sauna I need someone to pick up a boxed sauna from my factory in Burleigh and deliver it to Currumbin. The sauna is packed in boxes, so you will need a ute, van or trailer to transport it. Once delivered, I need it assembled and installed at the customer’s home. The owner will be there and can help on that end. These saunas are fairly simple to put together and usually take no longer than 1 hour to unpack and assemble and clean up, as most of it clips together. The glass is already installed. You will just need to plug everything in, attach the door handle and screw a couple of parts on. Instructions are included. The full job should take no longer than 2 hours total. We have some chipped paint that’s been poorly painted over that’ll have to be sanded and repainted. A few holes in the walls from nails being drilled

We need a new 15 amp circuit installed with wall plug so we can connect Sauna (3200 Watt). Sauna is located at garage. Circuit board is located outside of garage wall.

Need a plaster to sheet and finish a new wall we've added, do cornice etc. One side is regular straight wall, the other side has a recess for entertainment unit, so will need square setting. We have some sections of external wall that need make good and render. Area 1 is a patch (1m x 1m) and requires make good and render. Area 2 is a wall next to the front door that needs tiles removed and render repaired. No painting required.

Assembly of a Sauna EPOCH 2 - 2 PERSON OUTDOOR TRADITIONAL SAUNA

As you will see from the photograph, I require a ceiling to be patched with plasterboard. There was previously a leak coming through from the metal roof sheets to a small extension off the living room which caused water damage. Need someone to patch the holes in the ceiling, set and sand the joints. If you are able to paint the ceiling too then that would be great. You wouldn’t need more than one sheet of Gyprock and then too paint the ceiling probably 15sqm

The ceiling in my showroom was removed to have a feature ceiling of solar panels, they have now been removed and i need the ceiling reinstalled. 4.4m x 5.2m and cornice installed around the edges.
