We need someone to build and install a commercial set of stairs - balustrades - handrails. Thinking white MDF stringers and risers, and maybe Hardwood treads...open to discuss We can provide materials if required. Must be built to code and must have all forms signed etc... In the first picture, you will see a single plug behind the fridge. I am installing a range hood nearby and will need that one to be split, ie change from a single to a double power point. In the second picture, I need one more power point to be created underneath in the cabinet for the new dishwasher. That will require tapping in from that existing circuit. It should be done on October 7 or 8th before my tenants move in. It can be done at a later date but not ideal. Please specify your price and date of availability.

Small holes need plastering, averaging 12 plug sockets and few smalls on a ceiling from old lights .

10 meter long planter box wall needs rendering.

We urgently need our rendered wall repaired to match the finish (we can do the painting). We drilled and patched a couple holes ourselves but it’s not exact as you can see The texture cement render needs to be more consistent we are told - so we can get our bond returned. Might just need to drill the holes out again and plug it to match unsure

Require some plaster setting works. All sheeted and ready to go. Just set and sand so it is ready for paint. A couple of small ceilings in 3m x 3m approx and another 5m x 5m approx. A bit of patching. Happy to discuss final price once you have a look on site if that helps. Thanks.
