Must be QBCC Licensed and have own insurance Need a patch of a warehouse in Burleigh Heads rendered and painted. Must be done THIS WEEK only. This is what needs to be done: 1. Silicon patches scraped and removed 2. Cement base primer is to go over the Patched repaired work section  3. 2 coates of paint that matches the rest of the building You’ll need to organize hire of a cherry picker to access the spot as it’s high up. I need a brick-rendered raised planter box where part of it will sit on concrete and the rest on dirt. The reason for having part of it off the concrete is for drainage. See the photos of where I want to build it and another one where I’m drawing inspiration from. I’m thinking of using bricks and then rendering it to paint it in white. This needs to be waterproofed using an exterior waterproof membrane to prevent water from flowing under the brick and render on the house side of the planter box. What I need is: - Build the planter box with bricks - Waterproof it - and render it. There will be two walls, one on the concrete and the other off the concrete (on dirt). Measurements are roughly: Wall on the concrete: 30cm high x 80cm width Wall on off the concrete: 50cm high x 340cm width Any questions just let me know.
