Removal of existing glass ballastrades from existing deck rails and install new supplied wire ballastrades. The job will require drilling through gal rails and possibly a small amount of welding. The rails are approximately 15 meters in total length. - Due date: Flexible

Front fence needs replacing. We are wanting a secure fence of at least 1.8m height with fence top and bottom protection. Looking at treated pine with hardwood posts in concrete and with overlapping palings and toppers (?) and bottom boards in treated pine timber, as per attached photos. Current fence is in 5 sections with all sections the same, that is overlapping palings in between top and bottom boards. Section 1 runs for 8m across the front of the property. Section 2 runs for 1.2m at a left right angle. Section 3 runs for 1.6m at right angle to Section 2 to accomodate letter boxes. Section 4 runs for 1.15m at left right angle to Section 3 to a post accomodating a double gate at its left side. Gate is 2.425m wide and shall remain. Section 5 runs for 1.22m from the right side of gate to building line. So the Contractor must remove and takeaway all old fence pailings and posts. Residence in Burleigh Heads. The wooden planks at the bottom of my fence have come apart a bit then the dog figured he could wiggle through them so they are apart a lot. In 2 places he is escaping which Ive tried to capture in the images. Job must be done very well as our dog is very big and strong - this ain’t no toy poodle we are dealing with 🤣
