Find an experienced builder in Burleigh Heads

Bathroom Demolition + removal of materials and then rebuild. Entire areas needs to be made bigger with additional walls and fittings. Bathroom needs to become disabled compliant, must have a builders license and insurance etc. I have attached two photos for the entire scope of work required. As well as construction plans. I have also attached photos of the current bathroom that needs to be demoed. Please note that we have been told that our bathroom may need to be slightly bigger to be disabled compliant than the floor plan suggested. Any advise regarding this would be appreciated. Final note: please ignore $3500 budget, we are aiming to spend $35,000.

New wall core filled blockwork wall 1600mm high total length 12,900mm. (see marked up photos) Extend extisting wall 600mm high by 1200mm (see marked up photos) doesn't need to be core filled. Please allow to supply all blocks, mortar, steel for the blockwork wall (concreter will leave started bars as per engineer's detail - photo 4). Please note there is an area to delivey blocks etc but please note allow for hand moving blocks etc on a sloping block. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 13 November 2023

Build a partial wall for a unifold partition. Approximately 6 metres x 1.5 m. Another contractor will hang the panels so just the wall needs to be built. - Due date: Flexible

Concrete driveway on slight slobe - Due date: Flexible

We are an office in Burleigh Heads and have a stone wallpaper we would like put on the wall ( we have the wallpaper but you will need to bring wallpaper supplies) as a "fireplace" feature in 2 areas of the office. 2x space is 3m x 1.5m . Council has advised the current grate is damaged and needs to be replaced at our cost. Open to ideas for replacement grate but something along the lines of section picture. Will need to be measured. I will supply grate - job is for labour remove and replace. - Due date: Flexible

Titling needed to repair driveway. 2meters x 14cm. Need someone with a tile cutter and experience cutting and laying tiles. We have the tiles and concrete. Please see photos attached. - Due date: Before Monday, 28 March 2022
