Need an off white render of the back of our house. It is 15m x 5m but probably less than 45m2 of actual rendering. Will need scaffolding to reach the section over the sauna. The scaffold will need to span over the sauna as there isn't much space between it and the wall

Remove mould affected plaster and repair Mould is in 2 rooms due to condensation. The plaster is on top of brick. Need to remove the plaster and repair (repaint if possible or I can organise someone else to paint) Also existing hole in garage ceiling to patch up Total area to be removed / replaced is approximately: 1. 2m x 30cm 2. 3m x 15cm 3. 3m x 30cm 4. Garage hole 45cm x 45cm

Old tiles need to be removed on bottom as they are falling off. We would like it rendered and painted instead for safety reasons. It is a concrete balcony

Weather proof power point supplied and installed by licensed electrician on brick wall at front of house.

We need the timber awnings replaced around the house

Touching up fecade rendering, pf a new building

Need to cut a small layer (about 1cm) of existing render below the sliding glass doors (2 balconies) and tile the part, and cut a small part of the tiles of the step and retile. A tiler/renderer can do the job. See photos.

plaster around the 3 opens as shown in the image, in the middle opening you will need to remove the door trim. Also Patch the section where the 2 panels are screwed in place.
