We need to complete the sanding of top coat to provide a good finish ready for painting. All areas have already had some sanding however needs some more. We have approximately 18 top coat patches approximately 300mm x 300mm in size. We have staircase to sand the top coat. We have a doorway which has top coat and light sanding done however this needs to be set again and sanded further to provide good finish. There are 12 holes 40mm in diameter in cornice which needs sanding. We also have minor holes around the house that needs sanding ready for painting. Looking for a good finish by professional.
