Replace a piece of water damaged plasterboard so it’s ready to paint

Got a leak on the roof that caused a part of the ceiling to collapse. Need some plastering job to cover the hole

I would like a motorised awning installed over my deck area. The deck is approximately 2200 x 4300. It receives north sun and morning sun

I need to relocate an external power point from one side of the wall to the other to provide power for an outdoor kitchen. A conduit running along the outside of the wall is fine as this will be hidden by the kitchen. The wall is rendered Hebel.
