3 hooks into a cement render wall

Need rendering to be done in bedroom window and laundry and hallway

Need ledge repaired and painted. White Polar paint supplied.

Need two bathroom walls (approx 4.3m² total) re-rendered. Walls are damaged with soft, crumbly areas that need stripping back and fresh render applied. Final surface needs to be smooth and ready for priming and painting. If you are able to fix the hole where the previous vent was also, that would be great, otherwise I can do it. Ignore the tile missing with the powerpoint, this will be replaced.

Hi there! 👋 I need someone to help me hang a wall clock on my wall. I believe the wall is plasterboard, but I’m not 100% sure - so I’d like someone experienced who knows the right fittings or anchors to use to make sure it’s secure and doesn’t damage the wall. Please bring your own tools and wall plugs/hooks. The clock isn’t too heavy, but I just want to make sure it’s done safely and looks neat.

Need a balustrade around outdoor steps and landing. Steps are about 2.15m front bottom to top.

Parts of ceiling corners of a living room and kitchen are damaged and moved out of place due to wall moving. They need to be replaced (older style corners) Possibly a gyprock wall to be installed as well over the moving wall. Please advise quote and if inspection needed. I’m at Ashfield Innerwest.

I’ve cut out some channels to run electrical cables to move PowerPoints now I need an expert to render the wall before painting to make it look as smooth and unnoticeable as possible

Small area to be rendered. I have mortar and bondcrete.

We need 2 access panels (about 1 m x .5 m) cut into Gyprock bulkheads before an air-conditioning service. The Gyprock will then need to be repaired/restored to its original condition following the service (including painting).

I need help doing some Gyprock work. Previous Gyprocking experience would be good but not essential.

Small hole in gyprock wall needs patching. Size of baseball - paint after and I will supply the paint. Easy job.

I'd like a power point moved (a couple of metres to the right) & a combined bathroom light/fan switch separated to operate independently. Optional - cover/patch hole left by previous power point.

- Ceiling area - 2260 x 1800 - to supply - to use mould resistant product - to paint - current ceiling is easy to remove I will organise disposal. However old ceiling must be placed neatly in large bags. Photo posted
