We have pulled cornice off units internals and have ceilings sorted. Now we need to fix the render (old white set) up to the ceiling areas to make square set. Also bathrooms to fix and make render smooth, level and suitable for tiler. Site inspection asap is best

Firechek 16mm plaster strip infilling to be screw fixed in place and plastered.

1. To clean out existing gutter which is currently blocking downpipe and gutter and overflowing down rendered wall 2. To cut out sections of water damaged wall as per pic. 3. To replace rotten studs and supply and install new Gyprock and skirting boards. 4. To tape, set and sand ready for painting. 5. To repaint walls corner to corner to get best paint coverage. 6. To reseal end of gutter and supply and install new gutter guard along 62 m of gutter around house 7. Leave site clean tidy Must be insured and provide all equipment an materials.

Render a wall including 2 brick columns

Just purchased an apartment. We had to remove a built in bed. Which has exposed a brick wall. We require plastered to install a wall. Approx 2.5 x 3 m. Must have all equipment at Install. Must be available to start Tuesday morning as we move in Tuesday afternoon.

Paint three metal window awnings. These are on the second storey. Recently had these painted so there should be minimal prep work. Just looking to change the colour. You will need height access equipment; either a large ladder or a small boom lift. Any questions let me know.

Timber coat hook was removed from wall for painting. Now needs to be re-screwed into a rendered brick wall. Two screws only but believe would need plug etc.

I need someone to install and outdoor awning in my front balcony. I also have a bathroom cabinet and outdoor pull up bar to install. Awning and pull up bar onto brick work. Bathroom cabinet onto existing tiles. I also will have some other cabinets to install in my place over the next month or so. So really want someone who is good at installing neatly who I can use on an ongoing basis. Price is flexible I just nominated an estimate.
