Replace cord and socket on table lamp - if local, happy to drop it off for repairs

I have three imported table lamps (two from Japan, one from Vietnam) that I’d like converted for safe use in Australia (240V). Photos and a spec sheet with translated labels are attached. Lamp 1 (Japan): Japanese plug. No bulb currently. Lamp 2 (Vietnam): European two-pin plug. 220-240V LED bulb provided. Lamp 3 (Japan): Labelled 100V. 240V bulb provided. What I need: Replace plugs with Australian-compliant ones, confirm cords and inline switches are rated for 240V (replace if not), fit bulbs, and test and tag each lamp. Please tell me before starting if any lamp can’t be made safe. Details: Licensed electrician required. Parts supplied by the electrician and itemised. Location: Naremburn, and you come to me.

Bayonet fitting has failed. Unusual fitting with bad locked into lamp.

Two lamps, one works but shorts so needs rewiring. The second won’t turn on despite getting a new bulb, so we are not sure of the cause.

The table lamp shown in the photos has stopped working, and I’m not sure what the cause is. You can see the brand name in the pictures.
