Find a local software expert in VIC

I’ve bought an Apple CarPlay Kit to be installed in my Mazda 3 2018. I have everything needed for the installation and video instructions. The software has also been updated. I just need someone to install it through my screen/headunit.

Recent Microsoft update locked me out of my Surface pro, needs a BitLocker key, which I do not have (I have searched extensively). Need someone to get me back into my Surface pro without deleting all content from my hard drive (noting I cannot locate the key). Surface pro bought new in 2015.

Ive had the security camera installed, all set up. 5G modem with iiNet. it all works expect when I leave the network (go on my own mobile network) and it doesn't show any live feeds but I am receiving motion notifcations. their support said need to enable UDP ports to make it work. I am at my wits end. anyone can help?
