Susan provided fantastic service and I highly recommend her services in solving tech problems. I’m quite experienced with phones but was stumped by the Chinese version of the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra. Susan changed the phone to Global Rom and then set it up with me so that everything was running smoothly. She was readily available for advice whenever I encountered another small problem and very generous with her time and help. She supplied software links for tasks Xiaomi doesn’t do very well and was always prepared to find an answer to the next problem. If I need help again I won’t need to look around for it.

Ive had the security camera installed, all set up. 5G modem with iiNet. it all works expect when I leave the network (go on my own mobile network) and it doesn't show any live feeds but I am receiving motion notifcations. their support said need to enable UDP ports to make it work. I am at my wits end. anyone can help?

My workstation crashed. I'm looking for help to fix it. I've created a boot disk and tried to just reinstall windows fresh and delete some disks. The windows install is saying that I don't suitable hardware to load windows. I know I do, as I was running it on this PC previously. Looking for someone to troubleshoot, get my multiple drives up and running and get me back on windows.
