I have two sliding doors that need to be repaired.Both doors are currently scraping against the bottom rail when opening and closing, making them difficult to slide smoothly. The job is to inspect the doors and sliding mechanism, identify the cause of the scraping, and adjust or repair the rollers/track as required so both doors slide smoothly without rubbing against the rail. Please include supply of any necessary parts, as the wheels/rollers are likely to need replacement, as well as any minor adjustments or alignment needed as part of the job.

This door lock is broken The key goes in but sometimes continues to turn all the way or doesn’t turn at all. The mechanism should unlock and we can move the door lock up to unlock and slide the door but since it’s not unlocking it’s an issue. Need someone to come fix

Sliding Door Repair (Heavy Double-Glazed Door) Issue: The door is very heavy/double-glazed and does not slide easily. Requirement: Needs new rollers supplied and installed. Please include the cost of standard heavy-duty rollers in your offer, or let me know if you need to inspect them first. Lock Fix: The lock on this same sliding door is loose. It just needs a proper metal screw fix to secure it back in place. 2. Bathroom Shower Leak & Re-silicone Issue: The shower base is leaking slightly from one side. Requirement: Clean out the old silicone and re-silicone around both the shower base and the glass frame to seal the leak. Please bring high-quality, mold-resistant bathroom silicone. 3. Exterior Door Weather Strip Installation Requirement: Install a weather strip to the bottom of an external door. Note: I will supply the item (Raven RP3 Door Bottom). You just need to bring the tools to cut it to size (if required) and fix it to the door. 4. Miscellaneous There might be a couple of other very quick, minor misc items to look at while you are here if time permits.

The sliding door to my laundry is not sliding along its track properly. The sliding doors on my linen press have come off their tracks, and the tracks are loose. Both sets of doors are timber.

I need a set of 'barn door' sliding doors fixed so they slide on the bottom guide correctly and stay closed when closed and align together. This possibly requires some corrective routing along the bottom of the doors (as its a little wonky) to make them run straight and runner guides re-installed on the floor (as they are floating at the moment and will not stay closed). So I am looking for someone with strong carpentry skills as there are a number of smaller carpentry related (and other 'fix-it' jobs that are required. Will provide any materials. Need someone who is located locally as there are potentially further jobs.
