Need to fix lighting door. It looks like it's come off the bottom rail and it's very difficult to open. The door itself is in good condition but definitely needs the track at the bottom fixed up and realigned.

Sliding door pin won’t slot in due to damage on base. Door also needs to be checked for water damage on bottom section, plus sealant on right hand side of door which is worn away.

Sliding door (glass) roller and track may need a replacement, it is heavy to slide, need bit of lift to open/close the door.

1. All internal door handles (x7) to be replaced. Replacement handles already purchased. 2. Front door needs slight realignment, and weather sealing. We don’t have any of the weather seals so will require this to be part of the quote. 3. Back sliding glass door doesn’t slide smoothly, and needs a new lock and handle. We don’t have new lock and handle so will need to be part of the quote. Happy with liken for like. See photos.

I have two sliding doors that need to be repaired.Both doors are currently scraping against the bottom rail when opening and closing, making them difficult to slide smoothly. The job is to inspect the doors and sliding mechanism, identify the cause of the scraping, and adjust or repair the rollers/track as required so both doors slide smoothly without rubbing against the rail. Please include supply of any necessary parts, as the wheels/rollers are likely to need replacement, as well as any minor adjustments or alignment needed as part of the job.

Sliding solid timber door to the porch is currently not fully closing and is misaligned. Seeking to have this aligned and bottom of sliding door rebogged but no painting needed. Two metallic rollers available as shown if needed. Caulfield North location

This door lock is broken The key goes in but sometimes continues to turn all the way or doesn’t turn at all. The mechanism should unlock and we can move the door lock up to unlock and slide the door but since it’s not unlocking it’s an issue. Need someone to come fix

Have a glass sliding door which is hard to slide. Have tried cleaning and greesing but looks like need rollers replaces If this can be done on 1 Aug anytime

The sliding door to my laundry is not sliding along its track properly. The sliding doors on my linen press have come off their tracks, and the tracks are loose. Both sets of doors are timber.

I need a set of 'barn door' sliding doors fixed so they slide on the bottom guide correctly and stay closed when closed and align together. This possibly requires some corrective routing along the bottom of the doors (as its a little wonky) to make them run straight and runner guides re-installed on the floor (as they are floating at the moment and will not stay closed). So I am looking for someone with strong carpentry skills as there are a number of smaller carpentry related (and other 'fix-it' jobs that are required. Will provide any materials. Need someone who is located locally as there are potentially further jobs.
