slide door- track work rollers replaced or repaired

Our sliding door lock has come undone. I've done my best to fix the metal plate in place for now but the lock is pulling open still when 'locked'. Not sure if it's missing parts or maybe needs replacing. Would prefer to fix rather than replace

Need to fix lighting door. It looks like it's come off the bottom rail and it's very difficult to open. The door itself is in good condition but definitely needs the track at the bottom fixed up and realigned.

Sliding door pin won’t slot in due to damage on base. Door also needs to be checked for water damage on bottom section, plus sealant on right hand side of door which is worn away.

Sliding door (glass) roller and track may need a replacement, it is heavy to slide, need bit of lift to open/close the door.

1. All internal door handles (x7) to be replaced. Replacement handles already purchased. 2. Front door needs slight realignment, and weather sealing. We don’t have any of the weather seals so will require this to be part of the quote. 3. Back sliding glass door doesn’t slide smoothly, and needs a new lock and handle. We don’t have new lock and handle so will need to be part of the quote. Happy with liken for like. See photos.

I have two sliding doors that need to be repaired.Both doors are currently scraping against the bottom rail when opening and closing, making them difficult to slide smoothly. The job is to inspect the doors and sliding mechanism, identify the cause of the scraping, and adjust or repair the rollers/track as required so both doors slide smoothly without rubbing against the rail. The sliding door to my laundry is not sliding along its track properly. The sliding doors on my linen press have come off their tracks, and the tracks are loose. Both sets of doors are timber.

I need a set of 'barn door' sliding doors fixed so they slide on the bottom guide correctly and stay closed when closed and align together. This possibly requires some corrective routing along the bottom of the doors (as its a little wonky) to make them run straight and runner guides re-installed on the floor (as they are floating at the moment and will not stay closed). So I am looking for someone with strong carpentry skills as there are a number of smaller carpentry related (and other 'fix-it' jobs that are required. Will provide any materials. Need someone who is located locally as there are potentially further jobs.
