Hi, I'm looking for an experienced handyman to help with a few repairs around the house. 1. Bathroom Tile Repairs & Regrouting Repair a few damaged or loose bathroom tiles as shown in the photos. Regrout areas where the grout is cracked, missing or deteriorating. Ensure everything is neatly finished and properly sealed where needed. 2. Sliding Door Repair Our sliding door mechanism is broken, making it difficult to slide properly. Need someone to inspect and repair or replace the faulty mechanism so the door operates smoothly again. Looking for someone reliable, experienced and equipped with the necessary tools. Sliding door wheel alignment or replacement, very hard to operate, lock broken, need replacement.

I have a sliding door that currently opens in the middle. I recently bought a couch that blocks access to the door, so I’d like to change it to open from one side, ideally from the corner, to make it easier to open and close.

Looking for an experienced handyman to fix two internal doors at my home in Brighton VIC 3186. 1. Sliding Door Repair Internal sliding door is getting stuck and cannot fully close. Suspect the top track, rollers or alignment may need adjusting. Need someone to inspect and adjust/repair it so the door slides smoothly and closes properly. 2. Door Lock Repair The thumb-turn lock on another internal door is jammed and won't turn. Not sure whether it needs lubrication, adjustment or repair. Prefer to repair the existing lock rather than replace it if possible. Both jobs to be completed in one visit. Please bring your own tools and have experience with sliding door tracks and door locks. Photos attached. Please advise if any replacement parts are required before proceeding.

My Internal sliding door has fallen and does not close. Needs to be adjusted.

Our sliding door needs a slider attached on the bottom, the door itself might need to be replaced, can assess that when you’re here. I think the top roller might be damaged, but might just need to be put back on the slider and have a bottom one added. With the bin, same story pretty much it’s come off the slider. It’s leaning out instead of sliding out, and the whole thing can fall out. It’s been repaired before, but a cleaner has broken it.

Our sliding door has dropped and is dragging/not gliding properly. A handyman has already attended and tried adjusting the height screws on the roller fixtures to lift the door, but that didn't fix it. Believe at least one fixture (roller/wheel assembly) is faulty and needs replacing. Sliding door appear stuck, difficult to open/close

Work required: Inspect and repair/re-secure the top sliding door track so the door operates smoothly. Repair and patch the damaged plaster/drywall around the track end. Sand and prep the patched area for painting (let me know if you can also touch up the paint). Tools/Materials: Please bring appropriate tools and fixing hardware.

Door has been scratched by a dog, needs to be repainted and re-plastered on 1 small section. Have to move out soon and needs to be fixed before end of lease

Handle from sliding door has come off. Despite the handle being detached, the door remains functional and is still able to slide open and closed normally.

We have a glass sliding door that is sticking and jamming.
