Apartment Balcony Sliding Door tracks/ rail need repair or replacement. The rails look to be jammed under and splintered / heavily damaged by the past tenant, however the door itself does not look to be damaged. The door is able to open albeit with a lot of difficulty. The door also looks to be angled when resting. Looking to get a quote or someone to come have a look and inspect it. I am flexible in price depending on the repair required

Handle from sliding door has come off. Despite the handle being detached, the door remains functional and is still able to slide open and closed normally.
