Roof Plumber Required. Based in Ocean Reef, roof is tiles with sarking, suffers leaks during heavy rainfall / heavy winds. House is 2 story, but all works required on first story roof. I'm after someone to: - Resark 4 x areas of the roof (assume holes cut by Electrician), each approximately 2m x 2m. - Install 500x500 dispersal flashings beneath all spreaders to reduce tile flooding. - Install extra waka flex over the apron flashings near the services on the West side

This is 3rdof four jobs we are looking to quote. This job is for a pergola or roof add on extension to our existing house roof that we'd ideally like covered over about 2m x 2m where the master bedroom parent retreat area is. We've got a sauna out there, so would like that to be enclosed and have the pergola builts to cover that outside area. The back fence and the left side fence run along two sides of the bungalow. We are looking to extend or connect these fences to the gazebo by adding an outdoor roof or pergola style structure on those two sides. The aim is to create more covered and enclosed outdoor space around the spa by tying the fence lines into the existing gazebo structure.

A few tiles came off roof. Need to put them back and remove any debris/broken tiles. Some tiles may be re-used.

There was a leak into the wardrobe roof that has caused it to mould Task is to remove and replace cupboard roof and remove any mouldy insulation or material above it.

Remove and replace approximately 20 roof tiles. Have all tiles. Paint white once completed Remove ridges and reseal to fit approximately 10 tiles that are cracked

Replace cracked tiles. Find the exact matching tiles or as close as possible as there's no spares

Replace 5 sheets of polycarbonate roof sheeting on the back pergola that are cracking and worn
