Need a tv input in a room which means cables need to be run in roof

Hi, I want to replace my current cloth pergola roof ideally with a polycarbonate or similar structure (not cloth). I need advice on what roof to buy (reasonable options) that will go on the existing metal structure. I will then buy the roof and will require assistance in installing it (after removing the current roof). Please provide a quote for this end to end process (I have just put a random "budget" for the purpose of the task). Thank you

Spotted a small leak in the roof, and water drips through the laundry ceiling. Need a repair, potentially with a tile replacement.

Replace pergola roofing. With or without you providing the materials. Quote to replace them all (8 sheets in total) The sheet sizing are standard bunnings 3m x 0.860m wavy polycarbonate sheets. 8 sheets in total. Currently there are roughly 192 polycarbonate roofing screws with dome washers installed. It takes about 24 screws per sheet. Please also note, during replacing, there are some timber on the frame that are coming off that will need hammered back in with potentially additional regular nails needed to ensure they don't come off again due to high wind.

Hot water system making noise around 49 db at the moment. need to sound proof or acoustic box around the unit. need ASAP to fix.

I’ve got some ridge roof tiles than have been removed/or come lose. They need replacing in position, and securing. Not sure if entire roof needs repointing or further works - whoever does can review roof needs while up there in case any further work required :) Someone experience in roofing and with tools/harness etc to access roof (two story townhouse)
