Find experienced local roofers in Leederville

I need my rooftop tent collected from my friend’s house, the ladder is broken but it’s an easy fix if you want to keep it yourself and fix it up and sell it, otherwise it needs to go to the tip

We need this piece of downpipe replaced. We have the parts but getting the angles and joins right is not possible for us.

Couple of small leaks getting into loft with the rain the last few days. I've looked in loft and the leaks are either from ridge cap or tiles very close to it. Need someone to repair ridge cap or replace a couple of tiles. I have spare tiles if needed. Ridge is 4m long approx, 2 storey house. Can also clean mine and neighbours gutters for extra negotiable cost if interested.

An old unused evaporative cooler has rusted through and needs to be taken down. Clay tiles need to replace the hole. There may be some plumbing work required if a water hose runs to the airconditioner. The building is single level. The tiles are clay tiles

There is a short, but hard to reach gutter over a storeroom. It wouldn't take long with the right equipment.

There is a water stain showing up on the ceiling of the second level. Apparently, there must be a leak into the roof or clogging of gutters somewhere. Need someone to investigate and repair or fix the problem. Thank you.

I have a two story townhouse in Leederville. There is a recurring leak in the front corner of the roof. I have had someone come check it out last year and try fix it. I think they just put heaps of sealant between the join of the external brick wall of the house and the roof. I can send better photos and also a video of what they did to fix it last year. We had the internal ceing fixed but its water damaged again (only a small section in the corner of a walk in robe). Because it is in the really tight wedge part of the roof, i was thinking the insulation might be water damaged. Maybe a couple pieces of insulation could be removed too, would need to do it through roof tile area. Cheers Matt
