Prepare and paint the gutters and fascia along front of the house as pictured. 2 x coats required. Paint is supplied.

Above our single level home entrance, a 3.5m section of our gutter is higher than the facia that it is attached to, so rain water leaks between the gutter and facia when rain is heavy. We need the following job done by a highly reputable tasker: 1. seal the gap between the gutter and facia with silicon (or better) 3.5m along the entrance of the house 2. Use silicon/glue on some kind of metal cap/cover on the facia and bend over into the gutter to prevent any further leaks. 3. The leaks have sifted through to the underside of the entrance ceiling. The bubbles you see in the photo are UNDER the paint in the ceiling, not dripping on the floor. We need the bubbles removed, the ceiling sanded and painted. We already have the right paint. 4. Provide 6 month warranty in case there are any further leaks after the job. We don't want payment surprises later so please provide a scoped quote and definite date (any time is ok), including all labour and materials (except the paint mentioned).

Flashing and tiles around this vent pipe need repair as per the picture. Also 5 tiles in separate areas have a corner chip and need to be swapped with new tiles (I’ll supply). Easy access to the roof area.

Clean gutters on roof, must be fully insured. Must provide own equipment (eg ladder etc) and clean up afterwards into green bins on property. Expect it to be 2 hours work. It is a two storey house.

To remove a small tree on the fence line with the neighbour at the front of the house, trim & tidy up the back hedge & trim branches over hanging our roof & shed. All the rubbish to be removed.

We need the 90mm diameter downpipe from our carport gutter connected to our stormwater pipe under our house. This will require cutting a hole in the brick veneer for the pipe to enter under the house. The pipe can either be hung from joists under house or laid on the ground under the house (we can agree best approach onsite). The run from brick veneer to stormwater pipe is around 8m. We have around 2-3m of pipes you are welcome to use if helpful. All tools and materials to be supplied by you.

There is a space below My home that requires a second coat of Waterproofing membrane to be painted onto a small section of wall (around the bottom 60cm, for 15 metres). The membrane has a strong odour, and protective gear (glasses, gloves and respirator highly recommend.) the job should take no longer than an hour.
