Replace the fascia and beams under the roof of my child's cubby house. We have purchased the timber to replace the fascia, but when we took it off the front, realised that other timber under the tin roof also needed replacing, which is a bigger job than we can do. There used to be a tree over the cubby and leaf litter fell in and rotted some of the timber.

I think 2 or 3 concrete roof tiles may need replacing on my 2 storey house. ( I have the tiles) This is a very simple job but I am 78 and dont want to get up on he roof. You will need a long ladder.

About 1.5m of gutter is sagging (highset house with tiled roof) so needs refixing with clips/brackets, and there is a hole in the top of a downpipe.

Post the big storm we have a large dinner plate/ platter sized discolouration on our lounge room ceiling. We're assuming its a leak in the roof.
