Found water ingress to master ensuite was entering through vent pipe directly above damaged plaster. All three vent pipes on this upper-level roof do not have decktites installed around them, only sealant. • Two other flashings need to be attended to by a roof plumber to rectify. (Refer to photos) • Provide a brief overview of the cause: Vent pipe above master ensuite not fitted with decktite. This only has sealant around pvc pipe. Water is entering due to sealant having come away from PVC pipe.

After the cyclone I noticed some water marks on my ceiling, would like the roof to be inspected and advice on how to close the holes and fix the water marks

I require a Yakima lock and load platform fitted to a 2012 bt50 dual cab 4x4. This will include the fitting of the track system, rigged line backbone and platform, plus a plastic snorkel. We have a possum(s) or rat(s) that is gaining access through the roof in to the roof cavity. Upon inspection in the roof cavity, there is a section where there is a good amount of sunlight shining through, and leaf matter. We need this section repaired / closed off. - Due date: Flexible

Remove metal roof sheeting from a post-war home. The house has seemingly two separate layers of roof sheets as per the photos attached, so both layers need to be unfixed from the hardwood roof framing, and stacked neatly at ground level. There is approximately 120m2 of roof area to come off. Scaffold is in place for safe access and as edge protection.
