This brick structure is built at the back of my Victorian era house. Kitchens with wood stoves were often built separately from the house and I think this was it. It has been divided into spaces. The largest has the laundry in it, then a smaller one used for storage and another has a toilet in it, that is not used. Ideally, it would be become a totally weatherproof room divided to be a sunroom and a laundry/shower/toilet room. I have an old jeep and my 96 has dementia but remembers this car.Its left outside and parts of the roof has rusted.I would like someone to bogg the roof and paint the area in blue to match the rest of the car.It doesn't have to be a masterpiece but to clean the area up.I then need someone with high voltage battery charger to charge my battery and move the car across the road and park it.I intend eventually to restore the whole vehicle.

One roof leak is probably a faulty tile, the other is where metal roofing meets the side of the house. The third is much harder to identify source as occurs in bottom storey of 2 storey house and only occurs when particularly heavy rain (perhaps just needs additional flashing?)

One of the (old) slate tiles on our roof has come loose and needs to be pushed back and fixed into place. I would do this myself except the tile is towards the top of our main roof pitch and I don't have a 5m roof ladder

I have 16, 2.4m long colorbond roof panels to install in garden shed. Panels and screws supplied. The roof is pitched with two side, 5m long each. You will carry panels up driveway, put onto roof, screw in the panels. Done. Panels must be straight and installed in accordance with quality standards. All tools can be supplied however an extra ladder would make things easier. Suggest a two person job. Follow up job to install ridge and barge capping, guttering may be offered.
